We usually work by the hour, plus material costs If we need to due out of town jobs then there is travel time. At your request, we can provide an estimate.

Hourly rate is $50.00 per hour per person, A laborer is $35.00 which includes labor, liability insurance and tools.

Contract Rates: $40.00  (per person on the job)

Travel Time is $0.80 per KM
